Why choose shortfill e-liquid?

What is a shortfill?

A shortfill is a bottle of nicotine-free e-liquid that enables you to customise your experience. Most bottles are 60 ml, with 50 ml of vape juice and a 10 ml gap. You simply remove the lid and fill up the rest of the bottle with a nicotine shot, then close the lid and give it a good shake for a smooth vaping experience that's uniquely yours.

What do I need a nic shot for?

Nicotine is the addictive component of cigarettes, and many ex-smokers like to add it to their e-liquid when quitting smoking to help them along the road to a smoke free life.

Nicotine shots can keep your cravings at bay, without having to inhale any nastiness like tar or carbon monoxide.

What nic shot do I need?

It depends on your cravings and what you're used to. If you don't already use nicotine, don't start now. All nicotine shots have a percentage, and this defines their strength. We offer two different shot options:

1.5% - Equal to 2.5mg nicotine

1.8% - Equal to 3mg nicotine

How do I add a nic shot to a shortfill?

To add a nic shot, you pop the top off your shortfill and squeeze in the nicotine shot. Then replace the top and the lid and give the short fill bottle a good old shake to mix for a few minutes. Ideally, you should let it steep for an hour or two, but if you're in a rush, there's nothing wrong with using it immediately. Just make sure it's properly mixed.

What vape kit can I use with shortfill e-liquids?

Our shortfill ratios start at 70% VG, so we recommend you use a sub-ohm vape kit when vaping them. You'll need a kit with a minimum output of around 20W and a coil resistance of around 0.6ohm. The 88Vape Mod Pen offers 50W of power and is ideal for beginners.
