We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

By entering a customer review through the Review service for any of our products You grant 88Vape a non-exclusive, royalty free worldwide license to use any of your written reviews in relation to its marketing and/or in its advertising, including without limitation, in the online store, in newsletters, catalogues, email and other customer communications, store materials and other marketing or advertising purposes.

Further You grant 88Vape permission to view and edit the reviews before they are published. We will only publish comments that contain relevant information about a product. This includes but is not limited to, 88Vape will not publish generally inappropriate comments, comments that make unsubstantiated medical claims for products, indecent or inappropriate language or personally identifiable information. We reserve the right to remove any customer review at any time.
